Dehari po ashtu tha se nuk ka thirrur asnj\u00eb takim konsultativ me partit\u00eb politike para vazhdimit t\u00eb seanc\u00ebs konstituive, e caktuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb premten n\u00eb ora 10:00.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e s\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebs, Albulena Haxhiu nga LVV-ja, nuk arriti p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i siguroj\u00eb 61 vota p\u00ebr postin e kryeparlamentares.<\/p>\n
Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs (PDK), Lidhja Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs (LDK) dhe Aleanca p\u00ebr Ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs (AAK), votuan kund\u00ebr zgjedhjes s\u00eb Haxhiut p\u00ebr kryetare t\u00eb Kuvendit, nd\u00ebrkaq tre deputet\u00ebt e Nism\u00ebs Socialdemokrate abstenuan.<\/p>\n
PDK-ja dhe AAK-ja po i k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb LVV-s\u00eb ta nd\u00ebrroj\u00eb kandidaten duke e konsideruar Haxhiun si figur\u00eb jounifikuese.<\/p>\n
T\u00eb premten \u00ebsht\u00eb tentimi i gjasht\u00eb p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrmbyllur konstituimin e Kuvendit, q\u00eb nisi m\u00eb 15 prill.<\/p>\n
Sipas Rregullores s\u00eb Kuvendit, seanca konstituive mund t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb jo m\u00eb larg se 48 or\u00eb nga nd\u00ebrprerja, pa kufizime se sa vazhdime mund t\u2019i ket\u00eb.<\/p>\n
