N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, Jeton dhe Nexhat Vllasaliu akuzohen p\u00ebr vrasjen e biznesmenit Bedri Rexhepi n\u00eb vitin 2021, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb fitimit t\u00eb dobis\u00eb pasurore, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n
Aktgjykimi u shpall t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn nga kryetarja e trupit gjykues, Medie Bytyqi.<\/p>\n
Bytyqi tha se dy t\u00eb akuzuarit jan\u00eb fajtor\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cVrasje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb\u201d dhe \u201cD\u00ebmtim t\u00eb varreve apo kufomave\u201d, andaj i d\u00ebnoi me burgim t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm ku do t\u2019iu llogaritet edhe koha e kaluar n\u00eb paraburgim.<\/p>\n
Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Jeton dhe Nexhat Vllasaliu ngarkohen me vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVrasje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb\u201d, nga neni 173, paragrafi 1.6 dhe 1.4 lidhur me nenin 31 t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KPRK).<\/p>\n
N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb thuhet se prej periudh\u00ebs 9 janar 2021 deri m\u00eb 8 prill 2021, t\u00eb pandehurit Vllasaliu n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerjeje pas marr\u00ebveshjes paraprake, kishin filluar planifikimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb privuar nga jeta t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarin Bedri Rexhepi, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb fitimit t\u00eb dobis\u00eb pasurore.<\/p>\n
