Por nuk p\u00ebrjashtohet situata ku mund t\u00eb mbahen t\u00eb dyja bashk\u00eb. Ne nuk jemi kund\u00ebr si VV, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ky q\u00ebndrimi yn\u00eb primar. Por n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se mbahet peng dhe nuk konstituohet Kuvendi at\u00ebher\u00eb e vetmja zgjidhje tjet\u00ebr jan\u00eb zgjedhjet.
