F.D., n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e ministrit t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Zhvillimit Rajonal, dhe B.K., n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e ushtruesit t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb sekretarit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ministrie, akuzohen se, nga data 16.08.2021 deri m\u00eb 24.03.2022, kan\u00eb tejkaluar kompetencat e tyre ligjore me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimit t\u00eb dobis\u00eb pasurore p\u00ebr dy organizata joqeveritare, \u201cGermin\u201d dhe \u201cCaritas Zviceran\u201d.<\/p>\n
Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs t\u00eb pandehurit, duke vepruar n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Ligjin p\u00ebr Marr\u00ebveshjet Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe Procedurat e Financimit Publik t\u00eb OJQ-ve, dhe n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me kompetencat e Ministris\u00eb, kan\u00eb tejkaluar limitet e mund\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb financimit t\u00eb OJQ-ve nga fondet publike, duke financuar organizatat e p\u00ebrmendura pa organizuar thirrje publike.<\/p>\n
Ekziston dyshimi i bazuar mir\u00eb se t\u00eb pandehurit i kan\u00eb shkaktuar d\u00ebm buxhetit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 1,040,000 euro.<\/p>\n
Prokuroria Speciale i ka propozuar Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb q\u00eb, pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb shqyrtimit gjyq\u00ebsor, t\u00eb pandehurit t\u00eb shpallen fajtor\u00eb dhe ndaj tyre t\u00eb shqiptohet d\u00ebnim me gjob\u00eb dhe d\u00ebnim me burgim efektiv, pasi vet\u00ebm me k\u00ebto lloje d\u00ebnimesh do t\u00eb arrihet q\u00ebllimi i parapar\u00eb me nenin 38 t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
