Votuesit mund t\u00eb qasen n\u00eb platform\u00ebn elektronike t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb (https:\/\/qv.kqz-ks.org) dhe ta shohin se n\u00eb cil\u00ebn Qendr\u00ebn t\u00eb Votimit do t\u00eb votojn\u00eb m\u00eb 12 tetor 2025 dhe n\u00ebse d\u00ebshriojn\u00eb mund ta parashtrojn\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr ta nd\u00ebrruar at\u00eb\u201d, tha Elezi.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas KQZ-s\u00eb, k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrrim t\u00eb Qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb Votimit mund t\u00eb parashtrohet online p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs platform elektronike, ose duke paraqitur fizikisht k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn n\u00eb Komisionin Komunal t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve n\u00eb komun\u00ebn ku \u00ebsht\u00eb i regjistruar votuesi.<\/p>\n<p>Elezi ka sqaruar gjithashtu se nd\u00ebrrimi i Qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb Votimit nga nj\u00eb komun\u00eb n\u00eb komun\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, nuk mund\u00ebsohet drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb nga KQZ, por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e nd\u00ebrlidhur me deklarimin zyrtar t\u00eb vendbanimit nga qytetar\u00ebt\/votuesit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cP\u00ebrmes KQZ-s\u00eb, votuesi mund t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Votimit vet\u00ebm brenda komun\u00ebs. Por, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar nga nj\u00eb Qend\u00ebr Votimi e nj\u00eb komune, n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn e Votimit n\u00eb nj\u00eb komun\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, votuesi duhet t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb adres\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb Zyr\u00ebn e Gjendjes Civile apo n\u00eb platform\u00ebn E-Kosova.
