Prishtina u b\u00eb qyteti dhe komuna me t\u00ebrheqjen m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve nga komunat e qytetet e tjera t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb lindur nevoja edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb zgjerim t\u00eb Fush\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, si zgjatim i Prishtin\u00ebs, nga pamund\u00ebsia edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb banesa t\u00eb shtrenjta n\u00eb lagjet vjetra e t\u00eb reja t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs. <\/p>\n<p>Madje, Prishtina ka edhe migrant\u00eb ditor\u00eb, pasi nga shum\u00eb komuna t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb p\u00ebr kthim t\u00eb s\u00ebrish\u00ebm pasdite von\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e komunat e tyre prej nga vijn\u00eb, duke q\u00ebndruar vet\u00ebm brenda dit\u00ebs n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, si n\u00eb Gjilan, Gjakov\u00eb, Pej\u00eb etj., si n\u00eb \u00e7do komun\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb madhe, vazhdon p\u00ebrplasja n\u00eb p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebri, e koh\u00ebshtrirjes s\u00eb vendbanimit n\u00eb zon\u00ebn urbane, koh\u00ebn e ngulitjes n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e qytetit e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb. P.sh., n\u00eb Gjilan, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht brezi m\u00eb i moshuar, pyesin nga je; a je nga Kamenica; a je moti n\u00eb Gjilan; a je Gollak apo Karadak, a mal\u00ebsor apo i rrafshit etj. Madje, ka disa t\u00eb Gjilanit q\u00eb kan\u00eb paragjykime t\u00eb habitshme p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt me origjin\u00eb nga Lugina e Preshev\u00ebs, apo edhe Kumanova.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb zonat urbane, si n\u00eb ish-Perandorin\u00eb Osmane, Mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb Serbe-Kroate-Sllovene e ish-Jugosllavi, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mund\u00ebsive m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr arsimim, gjasat e banor\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb qyteteve jan\u00eb rritur edhe p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsim n\u00eb institucionet shtet\u00ebrore, administrat\u00eb publike etj. K\u00ebto shtresa jan\u00eb integruar edhe m\u00eb mir\u00eb me gjuh\u00ebn e imponuar turke ose serbe. Jan\u00eb integruar edhe m\u00eb leht\u00eb me muzik\u00ebn multikulturore, turke, serbe e boshnjake, pasi q\u00eb ka pasur edhe koncerte n\u00eb zonat urbane, qoft\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebve jugosllav\u00eb, serb\u00eb, kroat\u00eb, boshnjak\u00eb, slloven\u00eb, maqedonas, por edhe me k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto koncerte jugosllave, duke krijuar edhe disa dallime n\u00eb mentalitet e preferenca politike, kulturore e muzikore p\u00ebr zhanrin e muzik\u00ebs, artin e fqinjve sllav\u00eb etj. Nacionalizmi ka qen\u00eb m\u00eb i shprehur n\u00eb zonat rurale, edhe p\u00ebr shije e preferenca muzikore t\u00eb rapsodis\u00eb, \u00e7iftelis\u00eb, k\u00ebng\u00ebve patriotike etj., p\u00ebrve\u00e7 edhe p\u00ebr shum\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb organizimit, mobilizimit e kryengritjes kund\u00ebr regjimeve t\u00eb huaja.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb migrimit masiv lokal n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, q\u00eb nga paslufta e k\u00ebtej, zgjerimit t\u00eb kryeqytetit, rritjes s\u00eb dend\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb, ardhjes s\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj, ka shkaktuar te vendasit edhe rezistenc\u00eb politike, kulturore e sociale ndaj t\u00eb ardhurve nga zonat e tjera t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe zonat rurale, si bindja se, PDK-ja nuk mund t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, sepse baz\u00ebn e ka n\u00eb Drenic\u00eb, nacionaliz\u00ebm, U\u00c7K, fshat etj., ndon\u00ebse Uran Ismajli me rritjen e PDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, tregoi se ka edhe paragjykime p\u00ebr prishtinasit nga vet\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt jasht\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs. Rezistenca kulturore e sociale e prishtinasve, duke stigmatizuar klient\u00ebt n\u00eb disa bare t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, bazuar vet\u00ebm n\u00eb veshje ose k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e pijeve t\u00eb caktuara etj., gjithashtu ka nxitur gjithmon\u00eb polemika me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo, koncerti i Rexhepagiqit dukej nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushje shpirt\u00ebrore e organizimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarjeje kulturore, me m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti prishtinas\u00eb, duke u kritikuar ve\u00e7mas m\u00ebnyra e blerjes s\u00eb biletave, me nj\u00eb sistem mjaft hermetik e t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, pa qasje p\u00ebr \u00e7do t\u00eb interesuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb bileta.<br \/>\nArmendi, \u00ebsht\u00eb simbol i jet\u00ebs paralele n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, jo jugonostalgjizmit<br \/>\nArmend Rexhepagiqi, i takon m\u00eb shum\u00eb per\u00ebndimit ose shuarjes s\u00eb influenc\u00ebs jugosllave e kulturore dhe fillimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs paralele n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, se sa jugonostalgjizmit. <\/p>\n<p>Armendi rridhte nga nj\u00eb familje me sfond t\u00eb pasur arsimor dhe kulturor, ku p\u00ebrve\u00e7 babait akademik, k\u00ebndonte edhe me motr\u00ebn e tij Violet\u00ebn, por fati i tij ishte q\u00eb kishte filluar nj\u00eb karrier\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb keqe p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb viteve t\u00eb \u201980-ta dhe lul\u00ebzimin e mb\u00ebrriti n\u00eb vitet e \u201990-ta t\u00eb shek. XX. Aida Baraku, bashk\u00ebshortja e Armendit, nj\u00ebherazi edhe partnerja e duetit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb k\u00ebndim e tekst, ka filluar n\u00eb vitin 1985, me Akordet e Kosov\u00ebs, me grupin Rona, pastaj si soliste e n\u00eb duet me Armendin n\u00eb vitin 1988, por edhe e njohur m\u00eb shum\u00eb, m\u00eb von\u00eb, si tekstshkruese p\u00ebr k\u00ebng\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm. Armendi me shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt muzikore, me k\u00ebng\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb festivale, me motr\u00ebn Violet\u00ebn, u njoh s\u00eb k\u00ebnduari me grupin Vivien, pastaj n\u00eb vitin 1986 n\u00eb Akordet e Kosov\u00ebs me k\u00ebng\u00ebn Teuta. Prej vitit 1992 me kaset\u00ebn \u201cKalle-kalle\u201d, me produksione private n\u00eb sistem paralel t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, pa TVP-n\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Armendi me Aid\u00ebn n\u00eb Jugovizija 1990<br \/>\nArmendi nga disa q\u00eb kan\u00eb kritika p\u00ebr jugonostalgji, ndoshta pavet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm bazohen edhe n\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen e Armendit e Aid\u00ebs, m\u00eb 3 mars t\u00eb vitit 1990, 1 vit pas shfuqizimit t\u00eb dhunsh\u00ebm t\u00eb autonomis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, kur shqiptar\u00ebt filluan t\u00eb b\u00ebnin nj\u00eb shtet paralel, jet\u00eb paralele, emigrim masiv, mobilizim me rezistenc\u00eb paq\u00ebsore e t\u00eb armatosur, mor\u00ebn pjes\u00ebn n\u00eb Jugovizija, nj\u00eb konkurs p\u00ebr k\u00ebng\u00ebn q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte Jugosllavin\u00eb n\u00eb Festivalin e K\u00ebng\u00ebs n\u00eb Eurovizion. \u00c7ifti zuri vendin e 6-t\u00eb prej 16 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve, n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, me k\u00ebng\u00ebn \u201cMami mami\u201d, i cili u organizua n\u00eb Zagreb t\u00eb Kroacis\u00eb. Prej vitit 1989-1999, ka qen\u00eb dekad\u00eb e p\u00ebrpjekjes p\u00ebr ikje e distancim me \u00e7do gj\u00eb jugosllave, ndon\u00ebse gradualisht. N\u00eb rast se polici, avokati, artisti etj., ka vazhduar tutje p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb institucionet jugosllave, edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite, fillon t\u00eb diskutohet n\u00eb aspektin moral, politik e komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr sjelljet e tij. \u00c7do lojalitet ndaj institucioneve jugosllave, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb, gjyq\u00ebsis\u00eb, administrat\u00ebs publike, kultur\u00ebs etj., ve\u00e7mas n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb par\u00eb me dyshim komb\u00ebtar shqiptar dhe vazhdon edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite. Un\u00eb do t\u00eb doja ta pyesja Armendin e Aid\u00ebn, publikisht, n\u00ebse pendohet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje apo jo, dhe rrethanat, motivet dhe arsyet e pjes\u00ebmarrjes n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Jugosllavia u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb Festivalin e K\u00ebng\u00ebs n\u00eb Eurovizion 27 her\u00eb, duke debutuar n\u00eb vitin 1961 dhe duke garuar \u00e7do vit deri n\u00eb paraqitjen e saj t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb vitin 1992, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb viteve 1977-1980 dhe 1985. Transmetuesi jugosllav pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb konkurs ishte Radio Televizioni Jugosllav (JRT), i cili zakonisht zgjidhte pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsin e tij me nj\u00eb finale komb\u00ebtare. Jugosllavia fitoi konkursin e vitit 1989 dhe priti at\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 1990. <\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 26 janar 1977, JRT njoftoi t\u00ebrheqjen e tij nga konkursi i vitit 1977, duke p\u00ebrmendur rezultatet e ul\u00ebta. T\u00ebrheqja e tij vazhdoi deri n\u00eb vitin 1978, por JRT mbajti nj\u00eb referendum midis lexuesve t\u00eb revistave t\u00eb saj RTV n\u00ebse duhej t\u00eb kthehej n\u00eb konkursin e vitit 1979. Mbi 100,000 njer\u00ebz votuan n\u00eb favor t\u00eb kthimit n\u00eb konkurs, kund\u00ebr pak m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 2,000 vota p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar jasht\u00eb konkursit. Megjithat\u00eb, JRT nuk u rikthye n\u00eb vitin 1979, pasi transmetuesi dhe t\u00eb gjitha stacionet e tij&#8230; ran\u00eb dakord unanimisht kund\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrjes n\u00eb Jerusalem &#8211; qyteti prit\u00ebs at\u00eb vit &#8211; pasi besonin se ishte i pushtuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme dhe Jugosllavia nuk kishte marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie diplomatike me Izraelin n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes s\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1991, ish-republikat p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse t\u00eb Kroacis\u00eb, Sllovenis\u00eb dhe Maqedonis\u00eb shpall\u00ebn shk\u00ebputjen dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye u t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn nga finalja komb\u00ebtare jugosllave e vitit 1992, nd\u00ebrsa udh\u00ebheqjet e at\u00ebhershme t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi ran\u00eb dakord t\u00eb ruanin nj\u00eb aleanc\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb. Qasur m\u00eb 21 korrik 2025 n\u00eb linkun: http:\/\/www.knowpia.com\/knowpedia\/Yugoslavia in the Eurovision Song Contest)<\/p>\n<p>As Turqia, sikurse Jugosllavia, nuk kishte marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Eurovizionin e vitit 1979, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb vendeve myslimane anti-Izrael p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb ndjeshme mbi Jerusalemin, qytet i shenjt\u00eb p\u00ebr tri religjionet e m\u00ebdha bot\u00ebrore dhe konfliktin me palestinez\u00ebt. Jugosllavia u ndalua t\u00eb merrte pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Eurovizion n\u00eb vitin 1992, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb sanksioneve t\u00eb Organizat\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara p\u00ebr luft\u00ebrat e dhunshme n\u00eb shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjen e Jugosllavis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha konkurset e Jugovizij\u00ebs, fituesit ishin kryesisht nga Kroacia. Festivali i K\u00ebng\u00ebs n\u00eb Eurovizion i vitit 1991 ishte hera e fundit q\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha republikat jugosllave, dhe n\u00eb vitin 1992, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit nga Kroacia, Sllovenia dhe Maqedonia nuk mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Festivalin e K\u00ebng\u00ebs n\u00eb Eurovizion t\u00eb Beogradit. (Po aty)<\/p>\n<p>Kthimi i Armendit, nga paraqitjet e rralla publike<\/p>\n<p>Armendi vler\u00ebsohet edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb paraqitjeve t\u00eb tij t\u00eb rralla televizive, pasi q\u00eb p\u00ebr koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, bashk\u00eb me Aid\u00ebn, fare pak jan\u00eb prononcuar publikisht, me raste. Nuk kan\u00eb krijuar k\u00ebng\u00eb e videospote t\u00eb shumta, si\u00e7 b\u00ebjn\u00eb sot, shumica nga pop-k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebt e reper\u00ebt. Intervistat e tyre jan\u00eb gjithashtu me p\u00ebrgjigje ndaj p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebris\u00eb, jet\u00ebs familjare etj., me qasje feministe, demokratike, liberale, tolerante edhe ndaj LGBT-s\u00eb etj. dhe kjo i ka rritur n\u00eb vler\u00ebsim pozitiv p\u00ebrtej muzik\u00ebs q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb. Krijimi i pak k\u00ebng\u00ebve nga Armendi e Aida, paraqitjet m\u00eb t\u00eb rralla, e b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u00e7iftin t\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr nga jeta publike, ku konsumerizmi, komercializmi dhe klikueshm\u00ebria, mbizot\u00ebrojn\u00eb muzik\u00ebn dhe k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p> T\u00ebrheqja e Armendit nga jeta publike p\u00ebr koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, nga disa, gjithashtu interpretohet me qasjen e prishtinasve me identitet t\u00eb sforcuar urban e sheherli, kinse jeta publike \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cuzurpuar\u201d nga katundar\u00ebt, prandaj duhet mbyllur, heshtur e strukur.
