Nj\u00eb most\u00ebr relevante \u00ebsht\u00eb konfirmuar q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb kontaminuar me ushqim\u201d, tha Hajrullahu.<\/p>\n<p>Ai po ashtu tregoi se n\u00eb sezon\u00ebn e ver\u00ebs v\u00ebrehen raste t\u00eb helmimeve por q\u00eb sipas tij vijn\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb edhe si pasoj\u00eb e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb hixhien\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dKa p\u00ebfunduar trajtimi pa pasoja. Meq\u00ebnese tash \u00ebsht\u00eb vera, mund t\u00eb ndodhin helmimet me ushqim sporadike por nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se gjithmon\u00eb duhet t\u00eb akuzohen restaurantet, tani varet edhe kujdesi personal i njer\u00ebzve, larja e duarve e t\u00eb tjera\u201d, tha Hajrullahu.<\/p>\n<p>Sa i p\u00ebrket restorantit KALLXO.com ka siguruar vendimin e Inspektoratit Sanitar p\u00ebr hapjen e kuzhin\u00ebs p\u00ebr pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Arsyetimi i k\u00ebtij vnedimi thot\u00eb se  \u2019pas eleminimit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb metave si: pastrimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, pastrimin-dezinfektimin  e inventarit, stabilimenteve, mjeteve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs,en\u00ebve etj. Stabilimentet p\u00ebr ftohje jan\u00eb funksionale dhe me temperature adekuate (Komorat,frigot,frizat). Ka mjetet e nevojshme p\u00ebr larje, pastrim dhe dezinfektim,uj\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebs t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb dhe ftoh\u00ebt\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aty thuhet se \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kontrollimi i gjith\u00eb pun\u00ebtorve n\u00eb bacilbartje \u2013 parazitologji (libreza sanitare). Kryerjen e Dezinfektimit, Dezinsektimit, Derratizimit n\u00eb gjitha hapsirat e jashtme (kopshte) dhe anekset percjell\u00ebse t\u00eb restorantit<\/p>\n<p>Dhe pas plot\u00ebsimin e kushteve tekniko-sanitare dhe higjieniko sanitare, konstatuan se jan\u00eb krijuar kushtet e sigurta p\u00ebr  prodhim-p\u00ebrgaditje dhe sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb ushqimit.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, ky vendim urdh\u00ebron disa masa preventive lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb restroant  si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>Menaxhmenti \u00ebsht\u00eb i obliguar q\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do racion t\u00eb ushqimit t\u00eb ruaj mostren e ati racioni deri n\u00eb 72 or\u00eb n\u00eb kushte adekuate frigoriferike.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb aplikoj praktikat e mira higjienike p\u00ebr personel, t\u00eb aplikoj praktikat e mira t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrgaditje dhe sh\u00ebrbim, t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb pastrimin dhe dezinfektimin e rregullt t\u00eb gjitha hap\u00ebsirave, inventarit,stabilimenteve,en\u00ebve dhe paisjeve tjera, t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb menaxhimin adekuat t\u00eb mbeturinave, t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor mjete higjienike adekuate p\u00ebr pastrim dhe dezinfektim, \u00eb eleminoj kryq\u00ebkontaminimin.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu Subjekti do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00ebn\u00eb monitorim t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm nga Inspektorati Sanitar.<\/p>\n<p>Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, \u00ebsht\u00eb biseduar edhe me menaxherin e k\u00ebtij restoranti ( bashk\u00ebshorti i pronares s\u00eb tij), Ekrem Behluli.<\/p>\n<p>Ai konsideronte se kjo mund t\u2019i jet\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr d\u00ebmtim t\u00eb biznesit q\u00eb sipas tij po ecte shum\u00eb mir\u00eb para k\u00ebsaj ngjarje.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb kuzhin\u00eb bakteri nuk ka qen\u00eb prezent, n\u00eb asnj\u00eb lloj t\u00eb mishit nuk ka qen\u00eb prezent vet\u00ebm n\u00eb sallat\u00eb.
