Prokuroria Speciale ka konfirmuar se ka k\u00ebrkuar nga Gjykata Themelore e Prishtin\u00ebs t\u00eb l\u00ebshoj\u00eb urdh\u00ebr-arrest ndaj Goran Rakiqit, ish-kryetar i List\u00ebs Serbe.<\/p>\n
Arsyeja ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me vendosjen e barrikadave n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn veriore t\u00eb vendit, gjat\u00eb vitit 2022, kur Rakiqi ishte edhe deputet i Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb hetimeve p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, PSRK thot\u00eb se i ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb duke i nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha veprimet e nevojshme hetimore, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb intervistimin e t\u00eb pandehurve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast penal.<\/p>\n

Hetimet q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke i zhvilluar PSRK kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me rastin e barrikadave n\u00eb vitin 2022, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cpengim i personit zyrtar n\u00eb kryerjen e detyrave zyrtare\u201d, \u201cthirrje p\u00ebr rezistenc\u00eb\u201d dhe \u201cbashkimi p\u00ebr veprimtari kund\u00ebr kushtetuese\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa kjo Prokurori ka k\u00ebrkuar urdh\u00ebr-arrest edhe ndaj 11 personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n
