N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb vendimit t\u00eb Komisionit Qendror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve, p\u00ebr raundin e par\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhjeve p\u00ebr Kryetar\u00eb t\u00eb Komunave dhe p\u00ebr Kuvendet Komunale do t\u00eb shtypen gjithsej 3,600,820 flet\u00ebvotime, nga t\u00eb cilat 1,800,410 p\u00ebr secil\u00ebn lloj t\u00eb zgjedhjeve. Ky num\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshin flet\u00ebvotimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha m\u00ebnyrat e votimit: n\u00eb vendvotimet e rregullta, votimin me kusht, p\u00ebr personat me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, votimin me post\u00eb dhe rezervat.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces zgjedhor, \u00ebsht\u00eb parapar\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb prodhohen 13% m\u00eb pak flet\u00ebvotime krahasuar me numrin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vote, q\u00eb sipas List\u00ebs Votuese t\u00eb certifikuar nga KQZ arrin n\u00eb 2,069,098 votues. Kjo n\u00ebnkupton nj\u00eb reduktim prej 268,688 flet\u00ebvotimesh nga shifra totale.<\/p>\n
