\u201cMbi 1 miliard euro kredi dhe grante zhvillimore mbeten t\u00eb bllokuara n\u00eb Kuvend p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosfunksionimit institucional. K\u00ebto mjete, q\u00eb do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb investoheshin n\u00eb energji, infrastruktur\u00eb, arsim dhe prodhim, sot q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb t\u00eb pal\u00ebvizshme, nd\u00ebrsa bizneset p\u00ebrballen me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb terren\u201d.<\/p>\n
