P\u00ebr shkak se instrukturja \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr veprimet e kandidatit gjat\u00eb ushtrimeve, ndaj saj policia ka shqiptuar gjob\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb Ligjit Nr. 08\/L-186, neni 231, paragrafi 9.2, n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 200 euro, me 2 pik\u00eb negative dhe mas\u00eb mbrojt\u00ebse t\u00eb ndalimit t\u00eb drejtimit t\u00eb mjetit me veprim motorik p\u00ebr tre (3) muaj.<\/p>\n
Instruktorja n\u00eb fjal\u00eb ka qen\u00eb e evidentuar edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrvajtje t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb telefonit, duke vepruar p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin e trafikut rrugor.<\/p>\n
Policia Rajonale e Ferizajt apelon tek t\u00eb gjitha auto\u2013shkollat dhe instruktor\u00ebt e tyre q\u00eb gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb trajnimit t\u00eb kandidat\u00ebve t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb me p\u00ebrpik\u00ebri rregullat e trafikut, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb garantohet siguria e pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve n\u00eb komunikacion.<\/p>\n
