Procedura e arbitrazhit \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rregullat UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (2010), nd\u00ebrsa vendi i arbitrazhit ka qen\u00eb Gjeneva, Zvic\u00ebr. Vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimtar dhe i zbatuesh\u00ebm. Nj\u00eb fitore me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi strategjike p\u00ebr KEK-un dhe sektorin energjetik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.
