Sipas planifikimeve t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb, t\u00eb diel\u00ebn her\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes flet\u00ebvotimet do t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndahen n\u00ebp\u00ebr Qendrat e Votimit, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb hapura nga ora 07:00 deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 19:00.<\/p>\n
Procesi zgjedhor do t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb 525 Qendra t\u00eb Votimit, me gjithsej 1,648 vendvotime, prej t\u00eb cilave 507 qendra me 1,628 vendvotime p\u00ebr votimin e rregullt dhe 18 qendra, nga nj\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do komun\u00eb ku mbahet rrethi i dyt\u00eb i zgjedhjeve, me 20 vendvotime, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar votimin me kusht.<\/p>\n
Sipas vendimit t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb, kan\u00eb shtypur 1,158,015 flet\u00ebvotime apo rreth 16% m\u00eb pak se numri i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i qytetar\u00ebve me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vote n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb raund. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb num\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshihen flet\u00ebvotimet p\u00ebr vendvotimet e rregullta, votimin me kusht, Votimin e Personave e Nevoja t\u00eb Ve\u00e7anta, flet\u00ebvotimet rezerv\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr votimin me post\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Raundi i dyt\u00eb i zgjedhjeve p\u00ebr Kryetar\u00eb t\u00eb Komunave do t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb k\u00ebto 18 komuna: Gjakov\u00eb, Gjilan, Dragash, Ka\u00e7anik, Klin\u00eb, Fush\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Mitrovic\u00eb e Jugut, Obiliq, Rahovec, Pej\u00eb, Prishtin\u00eb, Prizren, Suharek\u00eb, Viti, Vushtrri, Junik, Mamush\u00eb dhe Kllokot.<\/p>\n
