Sipas tij, opozita, n\u00eb sinkronizim me List\u00ebn Serbe, po e pengon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn kushtetuese t\u00eb m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar.<\/p>\n
\u201cDje n\u00eb KQZ u votua p\u00ebr t\u2019ua v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsuar m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs edhe mund\u00ebsin\u00eb minimale p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar me post\u00eb. Kujtojm\u00eb se n\u00eb balotazhin e 9 n\u00ebntorit mbi 60% e m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs nuk arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb votojn\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb vonesave t\u00eb r\u00ebnda n\u00eb d\u00ebrgimin e zarfeve.
