Arsyeja e k\u00ebtij anulimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e ditur, pasi diskutimi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar me dyer t\u00eb mbyllura.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb njoftimin publik, KPK b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur gjithashtu se ka shqyrtuar ankes\u00ebn disiplinore AD.nr.10\/2025, duke vendosur q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja t\u2019i kaloj\u00eb Komisionit p\u00ebr Vler\u00ebsimin e Performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb Prokuror\u00ebve p\u00ebr procedura t\u00eb m\u00ebtejme, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rregullat disiplinore dhe standardet profesionale.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, gjat\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb hapur t\u00eb mbajtur dje, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb KPK, Visar Krasniqi, k\u00ebrkoi p\u00ebrjashtimin e Jetish Malokut dhe Agron Qalajt nga pika q\u00eb kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me propozimin e Komisionit p\u00ebr rekrutim t\u00eb prokuror\u00ebve. Sipas tij, t\u00eb dy gjendeshin n\u00eb konflikt interesi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKryetari Maloku dhe zoti Qalaj duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohen, pasi secili ka interes personal n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces. Zoti Maloku ka pasur djalin n\u00eb gar\u00eb \u2013 edhe pse procesi p\u00ebr t\u00eb nuk ka avancuar \u2013 dhe anulimi do t\u2019i shkonte n\u00eb favor. Nd\u00ebrsa zoti Qalaj ka vajz\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb avancuar t\u00eb procesit, \u00e7ka i jep interes t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, pra vazhdimin e tij.
