Policia e Kosov\u00ebs, sikurse n\u00eb \u00e7do proces zgjedhor, me koh\u00eb ka hartuar urdhrin operativ policor dhe ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha planifikimet e saja policore lidhur me \u201cZgjedhjet e parakohshme p\u00ebr Kuvendin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb mbahen m\u00eb 28 dhjetor.<\/p>\n
Me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb ky plan policor t\u00eb realizohet sipas planifikimeve t\u00eb parapara dhe me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb ofrimit t\u00eb siguris\u00eb e mbar\u00ebvajtjes s\u00eb procesit zgjedhor, \u00ebsht\u00eb parapar\u00eb t\u00eb angazhohet nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i mjaftuesh\u00ebm i zyrtar\u00ebve policor\u00eb kryesisht t\u00eb rendit publik, por sipas nevoj\u00ebs mund t\u00eb angazhohen edhe zyrtar\u00eb policor\u00eb t\u00eb profileve t\u00eb ndryshme, q\u00eb iu p\u00ebrkasin nj\u00ebsiteve t\u00eb ndryshme brenda Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Plani operativ p\u00ebrfshin kat\u00ebr faza:<\/p>\n
1) Periudha parazgjedhore apo p\u00ebrgatitore vler\u00ebsuese,<\/p>\n
2) Angazhimi n\u00eb ofrimin e siguris\u00eb gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore,<\/p>\n
3) Garantimi i siguris\u00eb n\u00eb faz\u00ebn ky\u00e7e t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb zgjedhjeve dita (Z),<\/p>\n
4) Periudha pas zgjedhjeve q\u00eb parasheh transportin n\u00ebn p\u00ebrcjellje dhe siguri t\u00eb PK-s\u00eb, t\u00eb materialit sensitiv e deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb procesit.<\/p>\n
Faza e par\u00eb tani ve\u00e7se \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar dhe policia \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb angazhimit n\u00eb ofrimin e siguris\u00eb gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar sipas planit me fazat tjera, deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb procesit zgjedhor.<\/p>\n
Sipas planifikimeve policore q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij urdhri operativ edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces zgjedhor \u00ebsht\u00eb:<\/p>\n
-Krijimi i nj\u00eb klime t\u00eb qet\u00eb dhe t\u00eb sigurt p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs si dhe mbajtja e rendit, qet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe siguris\u00eb publike n\u00eb vend para-gjat\u00eb dhe pas procesit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n
-Ngritja e vigjilenc\u00ebs, sigurimi i qendrave t\u00eb votimit, depove komunale dhe qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb num\u00ebrimit t\u00eb rezultateve.<\/p>\n
-P\u00ebrcjellja e sigurt dhe sigurimi i gjith\u00eb materialit sensitiv zgjedhor nga t\u00eb gjitha destinacionet e parapara sipas planit t\u00eb siguris\u00eb deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin e operacionit policor, q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhet me procesin zgjedhor.<\/p>\n

-Inicimi dhe procedimi i \u00e7do vepre penale kund\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb votimit dhe nd\u00ebrmarrja e t\u00eb gjitha masave procedurale\/penale ndaj \u00e7dokujt q\u00eb bie ndesh me ligjet pozitive t\u00eb vendit q\u00eb rregullojn\u00eb\/sanksionojn\u00eb veprimet e kund\u00ebrligjshme ndaj zgjedhjeve t\u00eb lira dhe demokratike, n\u00eb koordinim dhe n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me Prokurorin\u00eb e Shtetit sipas planeve t\u00eb veprimit dhe marr\u00ebveshjeve paraprake t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb ligj.<\/p>\n
Sipas memorandumit t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, Prokuroris\u00eb dhe KQZ-s\u00eb, Policia e Kosov\u00ebs ka caktuar zyrtar\u00eb\/hetues n\u00eb drejtorit\u00eb rajonale p\u00ebr trajtimin e \u00e7do rasti t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhet me procesin zgjedhor, n\u00ebn autorizimet e prokuror\u00ebve t\u00eb caktuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje nga Prokuroria e Shtetit. Po ashtu jan\u00eb caktuar edhe koordinator\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb me KQZ-n\u00eb si dhe jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb udh\u00ebzime p\u00ebr zyrtar\u00ebt policor\u00eb lidhur me detyrat dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre ligjore gjat\u00eb procesit zgjedhor.<\/p>\n
\u201cPolicia e Kosov\u00ebs mbetet e p\u00ebrkushtuar n\u00eb realizimin e detyrave dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive t\u00eb saja ligjore n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb profesionale karshi qytetar\u00ebve dhe vendit si dhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb transparente mbi pun\u00ebn dhe angazhimet e saja policore\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftim.<\/p>\n
