N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces p\u00ebr avancim n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb Speciale kan\u00eb aplikuar gjithsej dhjet\u00eb prokuror\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e intervistimit kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb tet\u00eb prej tyre, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb intervistuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me kriteret, procedurat dhe standardet e p\u00ebrcaktuara me rregulloret n\u00eb fuqi dhe aktet e tjera n\u00ebnligjore t\u00eb KPK-s\u00eb. <\/p>\n
An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij komisioni kan\u00eb theksuar se ky proces p\u00ebr avancim \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar p\u00ebrmes fazave t\u00eb parapara, duke garantuar transparenc\u00eb, objektivitet, profesionaliz\u00ebm dhe respektim t\u00eb standardeve m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb sistemit prokuriorial. <\/p>\n
