Z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i KQZ-s\u00eb, Valmir Elezi, ka sqaruar se \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn kompetenc\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni t\u00eb vendos\u00eb p\u00ebr rinum\u00ebrimin e vendvotimeve apo qend\u00ebr num\u00ebrimi dhe p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb, rezultati q\u00eb do t\u00eb vlej\u00eb n\u00eb shpalljen e rezultateve p\u00ebrfundimtare zgjedhore do t\u00eb jet\u00eb ai q\u00eb do t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga procesi i rinum\u00ebrimit.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebr rinum\u00ebrimin e t\u00eb gjitha vendvotimeve, KQZ vendosi pas nj\u00eb verifikimi t\u00eb kryerr n\u00eb 33 vendvtime, ku rezultoi se votat e kandidat\u00ebve t\u00eb num\u00ebruara n\u00eb Qendrat Komunae t\u00eb Num\u00ebrimit nuk pasqyronin sakt\u00eb votat n\u00eb flet\u00ebvotime.<\/p>\n
\u201cLigji p\u00ebr Zgjedhjet e P\u00ebrgjithshme i jep t\u00eb drejt\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur rinum\u00ebrimin e votave n\u00eb cilindo vendvotim apo qend\u00ebr t\u00eb num\u00ebrimit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, KQZ ka zbatuar ligjin, andaj se cili rezultat do t\u00eb vlej\u00eb pas rinum\u00ebrimit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vendvotimeve, \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb: n\u00eb rezultate p\u00ebrfundimtare do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat apo rezultatet q\u00eb dalin nga procesi i rinum\u00ebrimit dhe jo nga num\u00ebrimi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb Qendra Komunale t\u00eb Num\u00ebrimit\u201d, tha Elezi.<\/p>\n
Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, edhe t\u00eb premten, n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn e Num\u00ebrimit dhe Rezultateve \u00ebsht\u00eb duke vazhduar rinu\u00ebmrimi i vendvotimeve.<\/p>\n
\u201cNga 13 janari, n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn e Num\u00ebrimit dhe Rezultateve po vazhdon procesi i rinum\u00ebrimit t\u00eb vendvotimeve, i cili po realizohet n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb dy vendimeve t\u00eb Komisionit Qendror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin rinum\u00ebrimin e t\u00eb gjitha vendvotimeve, 2,557 sosh. Nga fillimi i k\u00ebtij procesi dhe deri m\u00eb tani, jan\u00eb rinum\u00ebruar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 50% e vendvotimeve, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb 28 dhjetor \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar procesi i rregullt zgjedhor\u201d, tha Elezi.<\/p>\n
Sipas vendimit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb, t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 13 janar 2026, ishte parapar\u00eb rinum\u00ebrimi i 914 vendvotimeve, nd\u00ebrsa me vendimin e dyt\u00eb, t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 19 janar 2026, \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen edhe 1,643 vendvotime t\u00eb tjera, duke e zgjeruar procesin n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
