10 organizata si\u00e7 potencojn\u00eb n\u00eb letr\u00ebn e tyre, duke vler\u00ebsuar zhvillimet politike aktuale konsiderojn\u00eb se ekziston rreziku real q\u00eb vendi t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet s\u00ebrish me zgjedhje t\u00eb parakohshme p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes politike p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e Presidentit.<\/p>\n
\u201cDuke pasur parasysh se vendi ka kaluar tashm\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb zgjatur pa stabilitet t\u00eb plot\u00eb institucional, \u00e7do vones\u00eb e m\u00ebtejshme n\u00eb konstituimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb institucioneve cenon funksionimin demokratik t\u00eb institucioneve, zhvillimin ekonomik dhe besimin qytetar n\u00eb sistemin politik\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cKonsensusi p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e Presidentit \u00ebsht\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebri p\u00ebr stabilitetin institucional. Zgjedhjet e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritshme t\u00eb parakohshme nuk duhet t\u00eb konsiderohen si instrument p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar funksionimin e institucioneve, por p\u00ebrkundrazi, ato e rrisin pasigurin\u00eb dhe d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb institucionale. Nj\u00eb President i zgjedhur me konsensus ofron stabilitet, siguron funksionimin normal t\u00eb pushteteve dhe rrit besimin qytetar n\u00eb institucionet e shtetit\u201d, thuhet m\u00eb tutje n\u00eb letr\u00ebn e tyre.<\/p>\n
\u201cPrandaj, u b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje t\u00eb gjitha subjekteve parlamentare q\u00eb:- t\u00eb angazhohen me seriozitet dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi n\u00eb dialog konstruktiv nd\u00ebrpartiak,- t\u00eb vendosin interesin qytetar mbi kalkulimet partiake,- t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb arritjen e nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje q\u00eb siguron funksionimin e plot\u00eb institucional\u201d.<\/p>\n
Shoq\u00ebria civile konsideron se stabiliteti institucional \u00ebsht\u00eb interes publik dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt politike.<\/p>\n
\u201c \u00c7do d\u00ebshtim p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur zgjidhje n\u00eb afatin e mbetur do t\u00eb konsiderohet d\u00ebshtim i vullnetit politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar stabilitet dhe funksionalitet demokratik\u201d.<\/p>\n
