Pra, deri dje n\u00eb mesnat\u00eb, ka qen\u00eb afati p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e pasardh\u00ebsit tim,  ai do t\u00eb zgjidhej nga Kuvendi, dhe vet\u00ebm pas 5 vjet\u00ebsh do t\u00eb krijohej mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr zgjedhje t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta nga populli.
