Ai ka listuar nj\u00eb var\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e ligje q\u00eb do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb votoheshin n\u00eb Kuvend, gjat\u00eb 60 dit\u00ebve ashtu si\u00e7 parasheh Kushtetuta p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e presidentit, q\u00eb fillon nga nisja e procedur\u00ebs, q\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs ndodhi m\u00eb 5 mars.<\/p>\n
\u201cBrenda 60 dit\u00ebve afat q\u00eb parasheh Neni 82 i Kushtetut\u00ebs, n\u00eb Kuvend do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb votoheshin:
\n\u2013 Marr\u00ebveshjet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare: 121 milion\u00eb euro ishin t\u00eb parapara t\u00eb votoheshin vet\u00ebm n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e s\u00eb premtes q\u00eb lam\u00eb pas.- Ligjet q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb pakon e Planit t\u00eb Rritjes me BE-n\u00eb \u2013 miratimi t\u00eb cilave do t\u00eb lironte nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb mjeteve nga 882 milion\u00eb eurot e Planit t\u00eb Rritjes. \u2013 Rishikimi i Buxhetit. \u2013 Ligje e reforma t\u00eb tjera me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi jetike. \u2013 Ndryshimet Kushtetuese q\u00eb Presidenti t\u00eb zgjidhet nga vota direkte, madje duke i p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb edhe afatet sipas rregullores s\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Kuvendit. \u2013 Eventualisht edhe ndonj\u00eb em\u00ebr konsensual p\u00ebr President, e ng\u00ebr\u00e7i t\u00eb zgjidhej pa pasoja p\u00ebr shtetin.
