Sipas Aktit t\u00eb Transparenc\u00ebs, padit\u00ebsit kishin k\u00ebrkuar akses n\u00eb kontratat e lidhura midis FOPH dhe farmacis\u00eb s\u00eb ushtris\u00eb p\u00ebr vaksinat kund\u00ebr Covid. FOPH i hodhi posht\u00eb k\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2023.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb publikuar n\u00eb shkurt, Gjykata Federale Administrative deklaroi se nuk plot\u00ebsoheshin baza t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb specifikuara n\u00eb ligj q\u00eb do t\u00eb lejonin mohimin e qasjes, shkruan swissinfo. N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, nuk kishte arsye p\u00ebr t\u2019u frik\u00ebsuar se interesat e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb jashtme t\u00eb Zvicr\u00ebs do t\u00eb rrezikoheshin, transmeton albinfo.ch.<\/p>\n
