Sipas njoftimit t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb, \u201cPartia Socialdemokrate e Ashkalinjve\u201d e ka kompletuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr regjistrim dhe vendimi p\u00ebr regjistrim do t\u00eb merret nga ky institucion \u201cpas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs 7 ditore, gjat\u00eb t\u00eb cils publiku mund t\u2019i shqqyrtoj\u00eb dokumentet e regjistrimit\u201d.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb njoftimin e publikuar nga KQZ, \u201csipas Rregullores Zgjedhore nr.01\/2024 p\u00ebr Regjistrimin dhe Funksionimin e Partive Politike, neni 3, paragrafi 5, secili mund ta kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb ose m\u00eb shum\u00eb arsyeve t\u00eb parashtruara n\u00eb nenin 4 t\u00eb po k\u00ebsaj Rregulloreje, me dor\u00ebzimin e kund\u00ebrshtimeve me shkrim n\u00eb Zyr\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me \u00e7far\u00ebdo t\u00eb dh\u00ebne apo materiali q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtimet brenda shtat\u00eb (7) nga shpallja e shqyrtimit publik\u201d.<\/p>\n
T\u00eb gjitha materialet e regjistrimit, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb programin e partis\u00eb, statutin, dhe shenj\u00ebn do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebr shikim dhe komente nga publiku. Promovimi i transparenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr procesin e regjistrimit t\u00eb partive politike, \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e procesit t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
