Af\u00ebrsia e Orban me Putinin dhe Vu\u00e7iqin, sot u b\u00eb goditje ndaj keqorientimit t\u00eb tij politik.  N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, BE-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb treguar e shqet\u00ebsuar me \u00e7far\u00eb po ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi dhe se Komisioni Evropian po vler\u00ebson n\u00ebse i p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb ende kriteret p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb fonde nga instrumentet financiare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.
