Dokumenti p\u00ebrshkruan aktivitetet q\u00eb lidhen me p\u00ebrgatitjen dhe funksionalizimin e Qendrave t\u00eb Votimit, shp\u00ebrndarjen e materialeve zgjedhore, komunikimin institucional, raportimin e pjes\u00ebmarrjes dhe rezultateve preliminare, si dhe menaxhimin e situatave operative gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb zgjedhjeve.
