Mbetet t\u00eb shihet n\u00ebse vendimet e tyre p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb obligime konkrete p\u00ebr KQZ-n\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i zbatuar dhe pastaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb proceduar me aktin e shpalljes s\u00eb rezultateve p\u00ebrfundimtare.
