I. I lejohet “Alb Star KWE” (projekt i KRU HIDROMORAVA) \u2013 Gjilan q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn publike duke b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe bllokimin e rrug\u00ebs “Hajdar Hashani” n\u00eb fshatin Malishev\u00eb.<\/p>\n
II. N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nenit 6 paragrafi 2 n\u00ebnparagrafi 2.1 t\u00eb Rregullores p\u00ebr Tarifa, Ngarkesa dhe Gjoba Komunale 01.Nr.016-53305 t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 27.05.2021 t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs, “Alb Star KEE” p\u00ebr bllokim rruge lirohet nga kompensimi i tarif\u00ebs, pasi ekzekutimi i k\u00ebtyre pun\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb me interes publik.<\/p>\n
III. Bllokimi b\u00ebhet nga data 10.07.2026 deri m\u00eb 13.07.2026.<\/p>\n
IV. Punimet duhet t\u00eb ekzekutohen n\u00eb afat sa m\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb mos pengimit t\u00eb komunikacionit.<\/p>\n
V. Alternativa p\u00ebr automjetet q\u00eb qarkullojn\u00eb me kahe Malishev\u00eb\u2013Gjilan dhe anasjelltas jan\u00eb si n\u00eb vijim:<\/p>\n
