Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, t\u00eb pandehurit dyshohen se n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje, m\u00eb 1 prill 2025 rreth or\u00ebs 23:00 n\u00eb Ka\u00e7anik, kan\u00eb privuar nga jeta rreshterin Muhamet Lika me arm\u00eb zjarri, duke vepruar sipas Prokuroris\u00eb me p\u00ebrgatitje paraprake dhe me p\u00ebrfshirjen edhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb personi t\u00eb mitur.<\/p>\n
Prokuroria ka k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb pas shqyrtimit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha provave, t\u00eb pandehurit t\u00eb shpallen fajtor\u00eb dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebnohen sipas ligjit, nd\u00ebrsa ka k\u00ebrkuar vazhdimin e paraburgimit deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb procedur\u00ebs gjyq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n
