PreFoto n\u00eb edicion e 7 ishte e certifikuar nga organizata International association of art photographers, po ashtu k\u00ebt\u00eb edicion \u00ebsht\u00eb e certifikuar nga Shoqata e fotograf\u00ebve Amerikan Photographic Society of America.<\/p>\n
Sipas njoftimit t\u00eb organizator\u00ebve, pas certifikimit t\u00eb PreFoto nga dy organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare d\u00ebshmohet edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb cil\u00ebsia dhe serioziteti i ekspozit\u00ebs PreFoto.<\/p>\n
\u201cT\u00eb gjitha fotografit\u00eb q\u00eb pranohen p\u00ebr t\u2019u ekspozuar printohen nga organizator\u00ebt e festivalit.P\u00ebr 8 vite, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb konkurs kan\u00eb aplikuar af\u00ebr 2000 fotograf nga e gjith bota. Konkursi \u2013 Ekspozita PreFoto ka d\u00ebshmuar seriozitetin n\u00eb organizimin e aktiviteteve t\u00eb tilla, duke e kthyer Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb vendtakim p\u00ebr t\u00eb apasionuarit e fotografis\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftim.<\/p>\n

Rregullat e Aplikimit:<\/p>\n
1. Konkursi \u00ebsht\u00eb i hapur p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb fotograf\u00ebt profesionist dhe t\u00eb apasionuarit e fotografis\u00eb.
\n2. Fotot me ngjyr\u00eb ose bardh e zi
\n3. \u00c7do pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs mund t\u00eb aplikoj n\u00eb maksimum 3 foto.
\n4. Fotot duhet t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohen n\u00eb rezolucionin prej minimum 2400 piksel ose 300 dpi, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb formatin JPEG.
\n5. Fotot nuk duhet t\u00eb posedojn\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje.
\n6. \u00c7do fotograf\u00eb do t\u00eb merr konfirmim p\u00ebr pranimin e fotove si aplikim, nd\u00ebrsa do t\u00eb lajmrohen vet\u00ebm ata q\u00eb do t\u00eb pranohen n\u00eb Ekspozit\u00eb\/Konkurs.
