\u201cFakti q\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e para t\u00eb vitit shkollor, nuk kan\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion nj\u00eb mjet elementar t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb i papranuesh\u00ebm dhe ngre seriozisht \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e planifikimit dhe menaxhimit institucional t\u00eb fillimit t\u00eb vitit shkollor\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb reagimin e AVONET.<\/p>\n
Kjo organizat\u00eb ka ngritur pyetje se pse ditar\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb siguruar dhe shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb para fillimit t\u00eb procesit m\u00ebsimor dhe kush mban p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn.<\/p>\n
