Mustafa ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb \u201cPakti p\u00ebr Shtetin\u201d, q\u00eb sipas tij do t\u2019i jepte fund bllokad\u00ebs dhe do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsonte funksionimin e institucioneve.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb propozimin e tij, Mustafa thot\u00eb se LVV-s\u00eb do t\u2019i njihej roli udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs n\u00eb Qeveri dhe Kuvend, nd\u00ebrsa PDK-s\u00eb do t\u2019i jepej p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia p\u00ebr Presidenc\u00ebn.<\/p>\n
