PDK-ja ka dor\u00ebzuar sot n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs Projektligjin p\u00ebr ndryshimin dhe plot\u00ebsimin e Ligjit nr. 05\/L-053, pas aktgjykimit t\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara ndaj ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Hashim Tha\u00e7i, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi dhe Rexhep Selimi.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb nj\u00eb njoftim, Aleanca ka deklaruar se, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me q\u00ebndrimin e saj institucional, mb\u00ebshtet \u00e7do iniciativ\u00eb ligjore dhe demokratike q\u00eb, sipas saj, synon vendosjen e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb procesin gjyq\u00ebsor ndaj ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb n\u00eb Hag\u00eb.<\/p>\n
\u201cDuke besuar thell\u00eb se lufta e popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr liri, e udh\u00ebhequr nga Ushtria \u00c7lirimtare e Kosov\u00ebs, ishte e drejt\u00eb, e past\u00ebr dhe e pashmangshme, q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb bindjet tona dhe besojm\u00eb se n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi, Hashim Tha\u00e7i, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi dhe Rexhep Selimi, do t\u00eb dalin t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e Aleanc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Aleanca ka theksuar se Kosova dhe institucionet e saj duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb, sipas saj, procesi t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb me drejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb plot\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Nd\u00ebrkaq, PDK-ja ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se p\u00ebrmes projektligjit synon ndryshimin e korniz\u00ebs ligjore mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn funksionojn\u00eb Dhomat e Specializuara dhe Zyra e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar.<\/p>\n
Sipas PDK-s\u00eb, nisma mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, Amendamentin nr. 24, marr\u00ebveshjet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe Aktgjykimin KO26\/15 t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese.<\/p>\n
