N\u00eb Nenin 15 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij Projektligji thuhet se Neni 44, paragrafi 1 i Ligjit p\u00ebr Dhomat e Specializuara z\u00ebv\u00ebnd\u00ebsohet me tekstin n\u00eb vijim.<\/p>\n
\u201cDhomat e Specializuara mund t\u2019i shqiptojn\u00eb personit t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar d\u00ebnim me burgim n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje jo m\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb se pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb (15) vjet, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me parimin e zbatimit t\u00eb ligjit m\u00eb t\u00eb favorsh\u00ebm (lex mitior).\u201c, thuhet n\u00eb Nenin 15 t\u00eb Projektligjit.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb Nenin vijues t\u00eb Projektligjit thuhet se d\u00ebnimi i shqiptuar nga Dhomat e Specializuara t\u00eb Hag\u00ebs vuhet n\u00eb territorin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
\u201cNeni 50 i Ligjit Nr. 05\/L-053 ndryshohet si n\u00eb vijim:<\/p>\n
\u201cD\u00ebnimi me burgim i shqiptuar nga Dhomat e Specializuara vuhet n\u00eb institucionet korrektuese t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb pajtim me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Institucioni konkret korrektues caktohet nga autoriteti kompetent i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duke marr\u00eb parasysh koh\u00ebzgjatjen e d\u00ebnimit, kushtet e siguris\u00eb dhe rrethanat individuale t\u00eb personit t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar.\u201c\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb dokumenin e siguruar nga Gazeta Express.<\/p>\n
Nj\u00eb element tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Projektligj \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja e faljes nga Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Sipas ndryshimeve t\u00eb propozuara nga PDK, personat q\u00eb jan\u00eb subjekt i aktgjykimeve t\u00eb form\u00ebs s\u00eb prer\u00eb t\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb subjekt i faljes individuale nga Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cPavar\u00ebsisht dispozitave t\u00eb Ligjit nr. 03\/L-101 p\u00ebr Faljen, personat e d\u00ebnuar me aktgjykim t\u00eb form\u00ebs s\u00eb prer\u00eb nga Dhomat e Specializuara mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb subjekt i faljes individuale nga Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.
