Reagimi i PDK-s\u00eb vjen n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur deputet\u00ebt po shqyrtojn\u00eb projektligjin p\u00ebr ndryshimin dhe plot\u00ebsimin e ligjit q\u00eb lidhet me Dhomat e Specializuara dhe Zyr\u00ebn e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar.<\/p>\n
Projektligji i propozuar nga PDK-ja synon, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, kufizimin e juridiksionit t\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara, bartjen n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb rasteve q\u00eb konsiderohen jasht\u00eb k\u00ebtij juridiksioni, mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e ankimit n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Supreme, kufizimin e d\u00ebnimit maksimal n\u00eb 15 vjet dhe vuajtjen e d\u00ebnimeve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n
