P\u00ebr institucione t\u00eb tilla kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb edhe Hashim Tha\u00e7i, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi, Rexhep Selimi dhe bashk\u00ebluft\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tyre, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjen p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi dhe p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs \u00e7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPartia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs fal\u00ebnderon t\u00eb gjith\u00eb deputet\u00ebt e Kuvendit q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn ndryshimet n\u00eb Ligjin p\u00ebr Dhomat e Specializuara\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNj\u00eb fal\u00ebnderim i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb u takon mij\u00ebra qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb, p\u00ebr net me radh\u00eb, protestuan pa u ndalur n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe k\u00ebrkuan miratimin e k\u00ebtyre ndryshimeve. Z\u00ebri dhe k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulja e tyre ishin pjes\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e k\u00ebtij procesi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKosova tashm\u00eb i ka institucionet e saj t\u00eb konstituuara dhe funksionale.
