N\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn me shkrim t\u00eb l\u00ebshuar lidhur me ndryshimet e k\u00ebtij ligji, Bashkimi Evropian i b\u00ebn thirrje Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t’i p\u00ebrmbahet detyrimeve t\u00eb saj nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara, si dhe zotimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar llogaridh\u00ebnie dhe p\u00ebr t’u dh\u00ebn\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi viktimave dhe familjeve t\u00eb tyre nga t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Sipas BE-s\u00eb, mbrojtja dhe siguria e d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve duhet t\u00eb garantohen.<\/p>\n
Reagimi i sot\u00ebm me shkrim vjen nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pasi BE-ja shprehu shqet\u00ebsim t\u00eb thell\u00eb p\u00ebr votimin n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n
Z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i Bashkimit Evropian shpjegoi gjithashtu pse nuk reagoi as kur u paralajm\u00ebrua se ligji mund t\u00eb ndryshohej, as pas leximit t\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n
