Inspektorati Policor i Kosov\u00ebs (IPK) ka rekomanduar suspendimin e pes\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve policor\u00eb, tre nga Stacioni Policor Jugu n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe dy nga Stacioni Policor n\u00eb Gjilan, n\u00ebn dyshimin p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirje n\u00eb vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n
Sipas njoftimit t\u00eb IPK-s\u00eb, tre zyrtar\u00ebt policor\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dyshohen p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cNgacmimi seksual\u201d dhe \u201cKontrollimi i kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm\u201d.<\/p>\n
Rasti dyshohet t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndodhur m\u00eb 15 tetor 2026, pas mesnat\u00ebs, n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb rrethrrotullimit n\u00eb lagjen Lak\u00ebrishte n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Sipas pretendimeve t\u00eb ankueses, ajo ishte duke drejtuar vetur\u00ebn kur ishte ndaluar dhe kontrolluar nga zyrtar\u00ebt policor\u00eb. M\u00eb pas, sipas ankes\u00ebs, ata i kishin th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdonte n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb fshatit \u00c7agllavic\u00eb, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb kryerjes s\u00eb veprimeve me karakter seksual.<\/p>\n
Lidhur me rastin, me udh\u00ebzim t\u00eb prokurorit t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb iniciuar procedur\u00eb penale p\u00ebr veprat e dyshuara.<\/p>\n
IPK-ja ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb veprime t\u00eb tjera hetimore n\u00eb koordinim me Prokurorin\u00eb e Shtetit, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb sqarimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb rrethanave dhe pretendimeve t\u00eb ngritura.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb rastin tjet\u00ebr, IPK-ja ka rekomanduar suspendimin e dy zyrtar\u00ebve policor\u00eb t\u00eb Stacionit Policor n\u00eb Gjilan, n\u00ebn dyshimin p\u00ebr kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cKeqp\u00ebrdorimi i pozit\u00ebs apo autoritetit zyrtar\u201d.<\/p>\n
Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave fillestare t\u00eb hetimit, m\u00eb 15 tetor 2026, rreth or\u00ebs 23:00, n\u00eb Gjilan, zyrtar\u00ebt policor\u00eb dyshohet se kishin ndaluar nj\u00eb qytetar dhe e kishin futur n\u00eb vetur\u00ebn zyrtare. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe, pretendohet se ndaj tij ishte ushtruar abuzim verbal dhe i ishte cenuar privat\u00ebsia, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb marrjen e telefonit pa urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit.<\/p>\n
Dyshimet fillestare sugjerojn\u00eb se veprimet e pretenduara mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhen me nj\u00eb ankes\u00eb t\u00eb parashtruar nga i nj\u00ebjti qytetar n\u00eb korrik t\u00eb vitit 2026, ndaj zyrtar\u00ebve policor\u00eb n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, n\u00ebn dyshimin p\u00ebr keqtrajtim dhe tejkalim t\u00eb autorizimeve policore.<\/p>\n
