Idriz Rrecaj ishte personalitet i shquar i jet\u00ebs publike, m\u00ebsues, inxhinier i bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe veprimtar i palodhur i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n
Ai dha kontribut t\u00eb \u00e7muar n\u00eb organizimin e rezistenc\u00ebs, mbajtjen gjall\u00eb t\u00eb arsimit shqip, procesin e pajtimit t\u00eb gjaqeve, solidaritetin popullor dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen e Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. P\u00ebr meritat e tij sublime, n\u00eb vitin 2019 ai u dekorua me urdhrin e lart\u00eb \u201cHero i Kosov\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n
