Me an\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb komunikate p\u00ebr media, OVL- U\u00c7K ka reaguar n\u00eb lidhje me publikimin e disa listave q\u00eb akuzohen si veteran\u00eb t\u00eb rrejsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n
\u201cOrganizata e Veteran\u00ebve t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb pajtohet me publikimin nga ana e mediave t\u00eb listave t\u00eb veteran\u00ebve t\u00eb rrejsh\u00ebm\u2018 t\u00eb hartuara nga ana e Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, e cila list\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb publikuar n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin dhe etik\u00ebn profesionale, por ka t\u00eb evidentuar nj\u00eb num\u00ebr shum\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb veteran\u00ebve t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar n\u00eb luft\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb futur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb list\u00eb pa kurrfar\u00eb kriteri\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb reagimin e tyre.<\/p>\n
Sipas tyre, kjo l\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet se me rastin e ngritjes s\u00eb akuz\u00ebs, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pun\u00eb profesionale, duke u anashkaluar edhe vet\u00eb ligji.<\/p>\n
Sipas OVL- U\u00c7K, lista e publikuar me rreth 19 mij\u00eb veteran\u00eb t\u00eb rrejsh\u00ebm, po d\u00ebshmon se lista p\u00ebrmban shum\u00eb l\u00ebshime dhe se kjo nuk mund ta \u00e7oj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces deri n\u00eb fund, sepse q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim ka komprometuar procesin, shkruan albinfo.ch.<\/p>\n
\u201cPrandaj, Organizata e Veteran\u00ebve t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs k\u00ebrkon nga Qeveria e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb filloj\u00eb rivler\u00ebsimin e gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi me an\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb Komisioni, i cili do t\u00eb punoj\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb kritereve t\u00eb sakta t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara me Ligjin e Veteran\u00ebve t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. Kjo gj\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb pak e kushtueshme dhe Prokuroria do t\u00eb lirohet n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e saj\u201c, thuhet n\u00eb reagim.<\/p>\n
