\nHashani tha se rasti i par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb raportuar n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cAdem Jashari\u201d. Pasi q\u00eb dy zyrtar\u00ebt policor i kan\u00eb shqiptuar t\u00eb dyshuarit shqiptar shtetas i Kosov\u00ebs nj\u00eb tiket\u00eb p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrvajtje ,i nj\u00ebjti \u00ebsht\u00eb revoltuar dhe nuk ka dashur t\u2019i zbatoj\u00eb urdhrat e polic\u00ebve p\u00ebr largimin e automjetit nga parkimi n\u00eb vend t\u00eb ndaluar duke i kanosur.<\/p>\n

Sipas Hashanit, po t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dit\u00eb dhe po n\u00eb Gjilan, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cMuharrem Ibrahimi\u201d, deri sa dy zyrtar\u00eb policor\u00eb, ishin duke kontaktuar me pronarin e nj\u00eb kafiterie, p\u00ebr ta ndal\u00eb muzik\u00ebn, jasht\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb lejuar, e cila ka qen\u00eb me ton\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, i dyshuari, ka filluar t\u2019i ofendoj\u2019 zyrtaret policor me fjal\u00eb.
\nHashani ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se i dyshuarin ka vazhduar duke i ofenduar dhe penguar n\u00eb pun\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebt policor\u00eb, me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ai \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar, nga policia, dhe ndaj tij do t\u00eb ngrit\u00ebt kall\u00ebzim penal \u201cKanosje\u201d dhe \u201c\u201dPengim i personit zyrtar gjat\u00eb kryerjes s\u00eb detyr\u00ebs\u201d.
