Madje zyrtar\u00eb nga BE-ja kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se para se t\u00eb merret vendimi p\u00ebrfundimtar p\u00ebr heqjen e vizave institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs duhet ta luftojm\u00eb krimin e organizuar dhe korrupsionin e nivelit t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n
\u201cKomisioni Evropian konsideron se Kosova i ka p\u00ebrmbushur t\u00eb gjitha standardet e Udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesit p\u00ebr Liberalizimin e Vizave. Tani i takon K\u00ebshillit Evropian, pra shteteve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe Parlamentit Evropian q\u00eb t\u00eb vendosin mbi propozimin e Komisionit. Nuk ka afat dhe asnj\u00eb dat\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb till\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb. Procesi i vendimmarrjes \u00ebsht\u00eb kompleks dhe zakonisht k\u00ebrkon koh\u00eb sepse t\u00eb gjitha 28 shtetet an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb duhet t\u00eb marrin vendimin e tyre individual\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen p\u00ebr \u201cZ\u00ebrin\u201d nga zyra e BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.<\/p>\n
