Arsimi parauniversitar  q\u00eb nga ky vit ka filluar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shkollat me kurrikul\u00ebn e re, e cila pa m\u00ebdyshje se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne. Kurrikula \u00ebsht\u00eb e bazuar n\u00eb kompetenca dhe s\u2019do mend se do koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuar. Mir\u00ebpo, reformimi i sistemit ndodh kur b\u00ebhen ndryshime t\u00eb thella konceptuale p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar q\u00ebllime t\u00eb qarta arsimore, rezultatet e t\u00eb cilave duhet  t\u00eb jen\u00eb objektivisht t\u00eb matshme.<\/p>\n<p>Shkruan: Fehmi SYLEJMANI<\/p>\n<p>Ana profesionale \u2013 organizimi<\/p>\n<p>Sot arsimi n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi p\u00ebrballet me shum\u00eb telashe dhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb natyrave t\u00eb ndryshme, t\u00eb cilat do t\u2019i listojm\u00eb m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Kualiteti i m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies n\u00eb shkollat tona \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebtit n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb \u2013 e kan\u00eb pohuar agjencit\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb autorizuara dhe s\u00eb fundi PISA;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Arsimimi te ne \u00ebsht\u00eb organizuar n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb kuadrit q\u00eb ekziston dhe jo n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb asaj \u00e7far\u00eb kuadri duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatisin (arsimojm\u00eb). K\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb gabuar n\u00eb hapa si n\u00eb basketboll. S\u00eb pari krijohen kuadro e m\u00eb pastaj reformohet arsimi;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Problem paraqet dituria e cek\u00ebt me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e mbarojn\u00eb shkollimin. K\u00ebt\u00eb e d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb testimet e ndryshme t\u00eb institucioneve profesionale, ku m\u00ebsohet p\u00ebrmend\u00ebsh vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr not\u00eb, pa shum\u00eb logjik\u00eb. Ky problem bartet n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb mesme dhe fakultet\u2026 (shkaku: kuadri jo mjaft\u00eb i kualifikuar m\u00ebsimor). Testi i arritshm\u00ebris\u00eb kl. 9 dhe ai i matur\u00ebs;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022P\u00ebr shkoll\u00eb (m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie) duhet shkolluar (p\u00ebrgatitur) m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, sh. m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb biologjis\u00eb, kimis\u00eb, gjuh\u00ebve, e jo biolog\u00eb, kimist\u00eb, filolog\u00eb t\u00eb diplomuar;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Jan\u00eb t\u00eb diskutueshme edhe njohurit\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme me t\u00eb cilat nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit dalin nga shkolla e mesme;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Sistemi i vler\u00ebsimit me perioda. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, hapen shum\u00eb dilema n\u00ebse periodat m\u00ebsimore jan\u00eb leht\u00ebsim p\u00ebr m\u00ebsim, ose nxitim p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsim e notim; apo m\u00ebsim p\u00ebrmend\u00ebsh dhe jologjik, ose vet\u00ebm formalitet dhe procedur\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u2019i p\u00ebrmbahemi?! K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi n\u00eb vend se t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb v\u00ebrtet p\u00ebr dije, e cila i duhet p\u00ebr jet\u00eb, ai gjith\u00eb preokupimin e ka te nota! Prandaj, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb mir\u00eb po d\u00ebshtojn\u00eb n\u00eb perioda, pik\u00ebrisht nga k\u00ebto defekte q\u00eb bart\u00eb n\u00eb vete kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb l\u00ebmshore e vler\u00ebsimit periodik! Kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e vler\u00ebsimit nuk ka sjellur risi sa i p\u00ebrket ngritjes s\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa ka prodhuar te nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit stres, lodhje, irritim deri te situatat traumatike dhe l\u00ebndim psikologjik! N\u00eb fund, ky vler\u00ebsim periodik, shikuar n\u00eb aspektin empirik, nuk ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb rezultate n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, dhe si i till\u00eb duhet rishikuar, ndryshuar dhe p\u00ebrshtatur me k\u00ebrkesat e jet\u00ebs, me inovacionet n\u00eb domenin e teknologjis\u00eb informative dhe aft\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr jet\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ecurit\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Tekstet shkollore jo adekuate. Libri mbetet mjeti i vet\u00ebm i konkretizimit, nd\u00ebrsa shumica e teksteve l\u00ebndore kan\u00eb aq shum\u00eb materie sa do t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb tep\u00ebrta p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebs!;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Cenimi i autonomis\u00eb s\u00eb shkollave, k\u00ebtu shkollat mund t\u00eb zgjerohen me pedagog\u00eb, psikolog\u00eb, mjeku dhe stomatologu i shkoll\u00ebs;<br \/>\nMungesa e nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi k\u00ebshillues pedagogjik n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb shkollave, ofrojn\u00eb arsim sa m\u00eb cil\u00ebsor;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Cil\u00ebsia e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve ?!\u2026;<br \/>\nKthimi i respektit p\u00ebr profesionin;<br \/>\nTrajnimet para dhe gjat\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Transferet e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb kusht\u00ebzohen me ngritjen e p\u00ebrformanc\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre;<br \/>\nVler\u00ebsimi i p\u00ebrformanc\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet me vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb or\u00eb hosptimi;<br \/>\nMos funksionimi i aktiveve profesionale;<br \/>\nM\u00ebsimi ne disa shkolla me tri nd\u00ebrrime;<br \/>\nVler\u00ebsimi jo i drejt\u00eb n\u00eb Universitet, saq\u00eb po humbet cil\u00ebsia e universiteteve shtet\u00ebrore,e mos t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr ato private;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Mos mbajtja e or\u00ebve t\u00eb kujdestaris\u00eb.T\u00eb futet ora e kujdestaris\u00eb n\u00eb norm\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjithshme prej 20 or\u00ebve n\u00eb jav\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7do m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast e liron nga nj\u00eb or\u00eb.
