Ai ka iniciuar procese dhe ka realizuar \u00ebndrra. Pasuria m\u00eb e madhe q\u00eb presidenti Rugova i ka l\u00ebn\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb LDK.
