P\u00ebr grumbullimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave primare jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur pyet\u00ebsor\u00ebt e p\u00ebrpiluar dhe t\u00eb dizajnuar specifika p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrgjigjur objektivit kryesor t\u00eb k\u00ebtij punimi.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/2019\/01\/04\/menaxhimi-i-kohes-studentore-rast-studimi\/8d103492-0cc5-47d6-8444-f87179b11a02\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-30989\"><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/8D103492-0CC5-47D6-8444-F87179B11A02.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"521\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-30989\" srcset=\"https:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/8D103492-0CC5-47D6-8444-F87179B11A02.jpeg 500w, https:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/8D103492-0CC5-47D6-8444-F87179B11A02-288x300.jpeg 288w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a>Ky hulumtim \u00ebsht\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb pyetjet e parashtruara n\u00eb pyet\u00ebsor t\u00eb formuluara si pyetje t\u00eb hapura, t\u00eb mbyllura\/ t\u00eb mbyllura ( t\u00eb parakoduara) p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb figurave n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb fytyr\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat kishin p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim matjen e perceptimit t\u00eb student\u00ebve kryesisht p\u00ebrmes aplikimit t\u00eb vet\u00ebvler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre me vet-menaxhimin e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre gjat\u00eb studimeve.<\/p>\n<p>Pyetjet kan\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim identifikimin e sakt\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb koh\u00ebs dhe problematik\u00ebs s\u00eb saj t\u00eb cil\u00ebn student\u00ebt do t\u00eb duhej ta trajtonin si nj\u00eb mjet mjaft t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur rezultate m\u00eb t\u00eb mira n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen e af\u00ebrt.<\/p>\n<p>Realizimi i anketave n\u00eb terren \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga studentet e Universiteti \u2018Kadri Zeka\u2019, n\u00eb dy komuna t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs :<\/p>\n<p>a) Komuna e Gjilanit<br \/>\nb) Komuna e Ferizajt<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb anketimit i jemi drejtuar t\u00eb dy gjinive dhe grup mosh\u00ebs 18-24 vje\u00e7. Anketimi me student\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn n\u00ebntor \u2013 dhjetor 2018. Profili demografik i mostr\u00ebs ton\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb: meshkuj (24 %) dhe femra (76%). Me nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarje rajonale si n\u00eb vijim: Ferizaj \u2013 Meshkuj (75%) , femra (25 %) dhe Gjilan \u2013 Meshkuj (5.2%), femra (94.7%)<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb numrit m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb student\u00ebve n\u00eb rajonin e Gjilanit, numri i respondent\u00ebve ka qen\u00eb m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rajon. Metodologjia e p\u00ebrzgjedhur u realizua me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb rezultate sa m\u00eb reale nga student\u00ebt mbi menaxhimin e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre gjat\u00eb studimeve.<\/p>\n<p>Ideja p\u00ebr realizimin e k\u00ebsaj ankete dhe k\u00ebtij raporti \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me q\u00ebllim:<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje sa m\u00eb t\u00eb sakta n\u00ebse student\u00ebt menaxhojn\u00eb koh\u00ebn e tyre sipas nj\u00eb plan-programi apo thjesht lejojn\u00eb q\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb ndodh spontanisht n\u00eb studimet e tyre.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb reale student\u00ebve se sa ata po i kushtojn\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi menaxhimit t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre gjat\u00eb studimeve.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr ta t\u00ebrhequr v\u00ebmendjen e student\u00ebve drejt r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe nevoj\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb menaxhuar koh\u00ebn e tyre drejt arritjeve m\u00eb t\u00eb larta n\u00eb studime, p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb intervenime konkrete dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar gjendjen aktuale t\u00eb keqmenaxhimit t\u00eb koh\u00ebs.<br \/>\nKarakteristikat e mostr\u00ebs<\/p>\n<p>Mostra jon\u00eb karakterizohet me nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarje t\u00eb moshave, respektivisht 21% t\u00eb t\u00eb anketuarve p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 18 vje\u00e7are, 7% t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 19 vje\u00e7are, 3% t\u00eb tyre i takojn\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 20 vje\u00e7are dhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr 19% mosh\u00ebs 21-24 vje\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Shp\u00ebrndarja demografike e respodent\u00ebve p\u00ebrb\u00ebn 24% nga Komuna e Ferizajt dhe 76% nga Komuna e Gjilanit.<\/p>\n<p>Analiz\u00eb e rezultateve<\/p>\n<p>48% e respodent\u00ebve treguan se q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb rrjete sociale dhe n\u00eb internet<br \/>\n4- 8 or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb, 20% prej tyre 2-4 or\u00eb po aq sa prej tyre treguan se q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb mbi 8 or\u00eb, duke shikuar nj\u00eb pakic\u00eb mjaft e vog\u00ebl u shpreh\u00ebn se q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm 20 minuta \u2013 1 or\u00eb duke shfryt\u00ebzuar internetin.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb krahasim me shfryt\u00ebzimin e internetit nj\u00eb koh\u00eb mjaft e madhe doli se student\u00ebt shpenzojn\u00eb n\u00eb gjum\u00eb ku 6% kalojn\u00eb n\u00ebn 6 or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb, 28% prej tyre 7 or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb, 24% vet\u00ebm 8 or\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa mbi 8 or\u00eb 58% e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse p\u00ebr leximin e literatur\u00ebs studentore v\u00ebrehet duksh\u00ebm nj\u00eb interesim i dob\u00ebt nga ana e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Fare pak \u2013 46%<br \/>\nN\u00ebn 1 or\u00eb \u2013 18%<br \/>\nRreth 3 or\u00eb \u2013 16%<br \/>\nMbi 4 or\u00eb \u2013 20%<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs student\u00ebt nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderueshme t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre kalojn\u00eb me shoq\u00ebri. 44% t\u00eb t\u00eb anketuarve u shpreh\u00ebn se kalojn\u00eb rreth dy or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb me shoq\u00ebri, kurse 28% t\u00eb tyre mbi 4 or\u00eb. 16% t\u00eb tyre kalojn\u00eb mbi 1 or\u00eb jasht\u00eb me shoq\u00ebri dhe vet\u00ebm 12% kalojn\u00eb gjysm\u00eb ore.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/2019\/01\/04\/menaxhimi-i-kohes-studentore-rast-studimi\/05d1bc77-8bb9-4678-9311-382d68298864\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-30990\"><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/05D1BC77-8BB9-4678-9311-382D68298864.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"520\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-30990\" srcset=\"https:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/05D1BC77-8BB9-4678-9311-382D68298864.png 500w, https:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/05D1BC77-8BB9-4678-9311-382D68298864-288x300.png 288w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a>Sa i p\u00ebrket udh\u00ebtimit, rreth 64% t\u00eb t\u00eb anketuarve shprehen se udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb vendin ku ata\/ato ndjekin studimet dhe 36% prej tyre banojn\u00eb. T\u00eb pyetur se sa koh\u00eb ju duhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e tyre 6% prej tyre shpenzonin 2 or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb Universitet p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndjekur studimet, 24% udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb mbi 1 or\u00eb, 30 % t\u00eb tyre shpenzojn\u00eb mesatarisht 45-60 minuta dhe nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb e konsiderueshme prej 40% shpenzojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm 10 \u2013 30 minuta p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur deri n\u00eb Universitet dhe anasjelltas.<\/p>\n<p>Koha nuk mund t\u00eb menaxhohet asnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb perfekte duke u bazuar n\u00eb orare dhe agjenda.<\/p>\n<p>Sigurisht q\u00eb nj\u00eb planifikim n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb agjendave dhe orareve ndihmon shum\u00eb, por nuk mjafton. K\u00ebshtu, duhet gjetur m\u00ebnyra p\u00ebr t\u00eb menaxhuar edhe koh\u00ebn reale, e cila nuk varet aspak nga minutat por nga ajo \u00e7far\u00eb ndjejm\u00eb apo b\u00ebjm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb m\u00eb efi\u00e7iente p\u00ebr menaxhimin e koh\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet tek elementet t\u00eb cilat drejtojn\u00eb koh\u00ebn reale, pra duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb menaxhim i cili mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e t\u00eb menduarit t\u00eb cil\u00ebn individi vendos t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzoj koh\u00ebn sepse shfryt\u00ebzimi i koh\u00ebs vendos sesi udh\u00ebhiqet jeta e tij\/saj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hulumtim konstatojm\u00eb se mbi 90% t\u00eb student\u00ebve shpenzojn\u00eb kot koh\u00ebn e tyre gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs me aktivitete t\u00eb cilat st\u00ebrgjat\u00ebn nga normativa e lejuar dhe e arsyetuar. Ky keqmenaxhim i koh\u00ebs po ndikon q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sistematike q\u00eb koha t\u00eb humbet dhe t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillimin jo t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs akademike t\u00eb cil\u00ebn duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb ata.<\/p>\n<p>Duke par\u00eb q\u00eb rreth 44% shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb 2 or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb jasht\u00eb me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, 48% prej tyre q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb 5-7 or\u00eb n\u00eb internet, 29% prej tyre flejn\u00eb mbi 8 or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj 46% t\u00eb tyre deklarohen se lexojn\u00eb fare pak literatur\u00ebn studentore, na b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb rolin dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e madhe q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb planifikim paraprak i dit\u00ebs dhe shfryt\u00ebzimit t\u00eb koh\u00ebs.
