E., se n\u00ebse nuk u jep i nj\u00ebjti t\u00eb hollat n\u00eb shum\u00ebn prej 5.000 Euro, ata do t\u00eb zbulojn\u00eb nj\u00eb videoinxhizim i cili do t\u00eb d\u00ebmtonte nderin dhe autoritetin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebto veprime t\u00eb pandehurit kan\u00eb kryer vepr\u00ebn penale shantazh nga neni 341 paragrafi 1 lidhur me nenin 35 t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KPRK).<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu detyrohet i akuzuari M. K., q\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs pasurore juridike, kompensimin e d\u00ebmit n\u00eb shum\u00ebn e t\u00eb hollave prej 1.000 Euro t\u2019ia paguaj t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit E.
