D., duke i shqiptuar secilit ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7 d\u00ebnim me nga shtat\u00eb (7) muaj burgim dhe d\u00ebnim me gjob\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 200 (dyqind) euro.<br \/>\nT\u00eb akuzuarit nga Komuna e Prizrenit me dat\u00eb 09.01.2017 rreth or\u00ebs 04:20 n\u00eb barnatoren \u201cIris Ilirika\u201d n\u00eb Gjilan, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebveprim, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimit t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm pasuror\u00eb p\u00ebr vete apo personin tjet\u00ebr, kan\u00eb tentuar me mjete t\u00eb forta t\u00eb hapin barnatoren, por pengohen nga nj\u00eb person.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit pas disa minutash prap\u00eb tentojn\u00eb me forc\u00eb, por q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb hapin der\u00ebn e lokalit.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebto veprime t\u00eb akuzuarit kan\u00eb kryer vepr\u00ebn penale vjedhje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb nga neni 327 paragrafi 1 n\u00ebnparagrafi 1.1 lidhur me 31 e 28 t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KPRK).<\/p>\n<p>Pas pranimit t\u00eb faj\u00ebsis\u00eb, t\u00eb akuzuarit jan\u00eb gjykuar me nga 7 muaj burgim dhe 200 euro gjob\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pal\u00ebt kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e ankes\u00ebs ndaj k\u00ebtij vendimi n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Apelit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Gjilan ka shpall aktgjykim d\u00ebnues ndaj t\u00eb akuzuarve D.
