Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Gjilan, sot rreth or\u00ebs 13:40 minuta, ka ndaluar t\u00eb dyshuarin I.SH., n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej 48 or\u00ebsh, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dyshimit se kishte shantazhuar t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar\u00ebn A.S.<\/p>\n
Ekziston dyshimi i bazuar se, q\u00eb nga muaji qershor 2016, deri m\u00eb 14 maj 2018, n\u00eb Gjilan, i dyshuari I.SH. \u2013 zyrtar policor n\u00eb Gjilan, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimit t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm pasuror p\u00ebr vete, p\u00ebrmes telefonit dhe fizikisht, n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi ka shantazhuar t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar\u00ebn A.S., duke k\u00ebrkuar nga ajo q\u00eb t\u2019i siguronte para, ose n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn ai do t\u2019ia d\u00ebrgonte familjar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj, fotografit\u00eb dhe video incizimet intime, t\u00eb cilat i kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb s\u00eb bashku, me t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb d\u00ebmtohej nderi dhe autoriteti i saj.<\/p>\n
Me k\u00ebto veprime, i nj\u00ebjti p\u00ebrmes shantazhit, e ka detyruar t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb veproj\u00eb n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n
Gjithashtu, i dyshuari ka ushtruar dhun\u00eb fizike ndaj saj, ashtu q\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshje, e ka goditur me grushte n\u00eb kok\u00eb dhe pjes\u00eb t\u00eb trupit, duke i shkaktuar l\u00ebndime trupore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat e d\u00ebmtuara ka k\u00ebrkuar tretman mjek\u00ebsor n\u00eb Emergjenc\u00ebn e Spitalit Regjional n\u00eb Gjilan.<\/p>\n
