\nKjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7asje e gabuar nga ky ekip negociator dhe kjo pjes\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e formuluar gabim n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi , e besa edhe me nj\u00eb sy hilesh e inatesh.
\nSi \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb nj\u00eb shqip\u00ebtar normal t\u00eb pajtoh\u00ebt me l\u00ebni\u00ebn e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs n\u00ebn Serbi.
\nKy ekip n\u00eb dokumentin e tij\u00eb udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyes duhet ta ket\u00eb n\u00eb preambul\u00ebn e saj\u00eb bashkimin e Preshev\u00ebs , Bujanocit dhe Medvegj\u00ebs me Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs.
\nIden\u00eb e bashkimit t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs me Kosov\u00ebn nuk e solli Tha\u00e7i , at\u00eb e solli populli shqip\u00ebtar i lugin\u00ebs , me referendumin e vitit 1992 me luft\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjakshme \u00e7lirimtare t\u00eb vitit 2000-2002.
\nKrer\u00ebt e partive politike q\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ekipin negociator , nuk duh\u00ebt q\u00eb p\u00ebr inate t\u00eb z.Thacit t\u00eb dalin besa edhe kund\u00ebr Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs.
\nLugina e Preshev\u00ebs nuk ka asgj\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur me asnj\u00eb lider politik. Ne kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb luft\u00eb dy dekada p\u00ebr bashkim me republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, prandaj p\u00ebr inati t\u00eb “res\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull t\u00eb luteni t\u00eb vdes djali !
