P\u00ebr vazhdimin e dialogut Beograd-Prishtin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme heqja e taks\u00ebs t\u00eb vendosur nga Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dit\u00eb kur taksa t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet taksa, un\u00eb do t\u00eb th\u00ebrras\u00eb nj\u00eb takim t\u00eb ri n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb dialogut p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje ligj\u00ebrisht t\u00eb detyrueshme q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e pazgjidhura dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb normalizuar plot\u00ebsisht marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebrmjet Beogradit dhe Prishtin\u00ebs \u201c, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Mogherini.<\/p>\n
Kjo marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebrfundimtare sipas Mogherinit duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, por edhe t\u00eb marr\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb OKB\u2019s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
