M\u00eb 17 mars 2004, filluan protestat q\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden si “Trazirat e marsit”. Trazirat zgjat\u00ebn dy dit\u00eb, ku u vran\u00eb 19 civil\u00eb, nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt 11 shqiptar\u00eb dhe 8 serb\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa u l\u00ebnduan mbi 900 persona, kryesisht shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Gjat\u00eb atyre trazirave, q\u00eb shp\u00ebrthyen n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn pas njoftimeve se n\u00eb lumin Ib\u00ebr ishin mbytur dy f\u00ebmij\u00eb, si pasoj\u00eb e dhun\u00ebs s\u00eb serb\u00ebve, por q\u00eb shkaku i k\u00ebsaj tragjedie asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk u sqarua plot\u00ebsisht. Disa f\u00ebmij\u00eb q\u00eb mbijetuan n\u00eb or\u00ebt e vona, po at\u00eb nat\u00eb treguan para kamerave se ata ishin ndjekur nga serb\u00ebt dhe se ata ishin duke ikur, kur disa nga bashmoshatar\u00ebt e tyre u mbyt\u00ebn n\u00eb lum\u00eb. T\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen, m\u00eb 17, mars filluan protestat n\u00eb shum\u00eb qytete t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb shum\u00eb shpejt eskaluan n\u00eb dhun\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre trazirave u dogj\u00ebn disa sht\u00ebpi dhe kisha serbe. Ngjarje t\u00eb ngjashme ndodhen me sht\u00ebpit\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb pjes\u00ebt me shumic\u00eb serbe. Serb\u00ebt u hakmorrwn edhe me djegien e disa xhamive n\u00eb Serbi.<\/p>\n
K\u00ebto trazira zgjuan nga gjumi shum\u00eb vendimmarr\u00ebs. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb e kuptuan se shum\u00eb pak n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet pa zgjidhjen e statusit p\u00ebrfundimtar. Sekretari gjeneral i Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara, Kofi Annan, i dha detyr\u00ebn norvegjezit, Kai Eide, p\u00ebr hartimin e nj\u00eb raporti q\u00eb do t\u00eb pasqyronte situat\u00ebn n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Eide morri k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb shum\u00eb seriozisht dhe pas shum\u00eb vizitave n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Ballkan, takoi p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha partive, komuniteteve, feve etje. N\u00eb tetor 2005 dor\u00ebzoi raportin e porositur.<\/p>\n
Edhe pse Eide n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb raport e v\u00eb gishtin n\u00eb shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohen, rekomandon se koha ka ardhur p\u00ebr fillimin e bisedimeve p\u00ebr statusin p\u00ebrfundimtar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
